Jennifer Wheeler, Manager and Funeral Director

With 10 years of experience in the death care industry, Jennifer is able to treat each situation with dignity and respect. Showing compassion and courtesy while also being aware of cost are just some of her strong points.  She has great attention to detail and takes pride in all things that she does.

Robb Weddle, Funeral Director

Robb joined our staff with more than 22 years of funeral experience. He previously served as a paramedic and is a veteran of the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. He is from Bloomfield, IN and is a graduate of Mid-America College of Funeral Service. Robb and his wife, Trish, are the proud parents of Karlie and Abigail. The family enjoys spending time with their horses, Apache and Chesney.

Megan Pride, Administrator

Megan, a native and life-long Washington resident, became the funeral home administrator at Gill in March 2014. She is a member of Southwind Wesleyan Church, where she also serves as secretary. She is a graduate of Washington High School, Indiana State University and Vincennes University, and has previous work experience as a loan officer and daycare director. In her free time, she enjoys singing and spending time with her husband, Matt, two daughters, Mya and Tinlee, and son, Zander. Megan's family also includes three dogs, Max, Millie and Magnum.

Steve Dayton, Service Assistant

Steve as worked at Gill since 2011 and has used his ministerial skills to conduct funerals services when needed. He is known as a kind, compassionate and empathetic person who is willing to go that extra mile for the families he serves. A native and lifelong Washington resident, he is active in his community through church, various boards and as the Fraternal Order of Police Chaplin.

Pat Dant, Service Assistant

Patrick enjoys that his work at Gill allows him to help people during their time of need. He retired from Daviess County Sheriff Department, but stays active the community through church. He lives in his native Washington with his wife of more than 40 years. He is the father of three and enjoys golf and old cars.

James Wesley Myers II, Service Assistant

Wesley joined our staff in May 2017 and enjoys that his work at Gill provides an opportunity to work with families and community. Born in Noblesville, he is a graduate of Trinity Holiness Academy and has deep roots in Daviess and Pike Counties. He has traveled across the Midwest and Eastern U.S. singing with his family, and has ministered in various functions. Wesley has called Washington home since June 2016 and is an active member of Trinity Gospel Tabernacle.

Kim Wilz, Service Assistant

Kim was born and raised in Washington and has 25 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. He joined the Gill staff in 2016 and feels fortunate to have a role that allows him to help people while working with a great team. He is very active in his community through his support efforts of Hope House and his membership at Church On The Way. In his free time, he enjoys fishing.

Gerald Ziegler, Service Assistant

Jerry graduated from Loogootee High School, earned a certificate in laboratory medicine while serving in the U.S. Navy, and retired from National Gypsum. With a passion for providing comfort to grieving families, he joined our team in 2015. The Washington resident is a member of Montgomery Christian Church and Glendale Masonic Lodge, and a former member of Martin County 4-H. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family, which includes his wife, three kids, four grandkids, four great-grandkids and two dogs.
